Whether you're just new to working out or looking to get back to the basics, build a solid foundation with the Foundations Program. Focused on movement and building strength/stability in better positions, this program will set you up for training hard down the road.

Foundations is the starting point to everything we do at Temple Fitness. Start here to build the movement capacity for our more advanced programs.
HYPERTROPHY
Build muscle and develop your best physique while following Temple Fitness functional bodybuilding program. Look strong while maintaining mobility through full ROM lifting and dedicated mobility sessions.
STRENGTH
Build the big three (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) lifts through carefully planned progressions and phases. Time to crush some PRs!
POWER
