Bruce played 4 years of collegiate baseball and 5 years for the Medicine Hat Mavericks. During his schooling, Bruce gained valuable experience while interning at WPU and working as a graduate assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at FSU with the football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, and swimming teams. After his playing career, he coached the Medicine Hat Knights and Monarchs for over 6 seasons.

Melissa has been providing personal training since 2008 at temple fitness. She got started in the industry because of her passion to help people. She is very versatile in her training techniques and is trained in Olympic lifting, Kettlebells, Strength Training, Agatsu mobility and movement, and Kickboxing. She has an eye for movement faults and will focus on form and mobility within your workouts. Her goal is to have you walk out of the gym feeling better than you felt walking in.

Shane founded Temple Fitness in 2008 after playing collegiate football for the University of Saskatchewan Huskies. He also played Fastball for 15 years and has competed in amateur kickboxing. In 2011, he set a Guinness World Record for the greatest weight lifted in one hour by kettlebell snatch (12,338 kg in one hour)

Tyler has been an athlete his whole life, playing many different sports including Basketball, Football, Tennis, etc. He played basketball at Medicine Hat College while enrolled in the Business Administration Program and then completed a diploma in Exercise Science at Lethbridge College. Tyler is the proud father of two and continues to work every day to meet the needs of his clients and group class members.

Amy has been at Temple Fitness for 6 years, first as a client in group classes and has grown into a coach herself. She has national level gymnastics experience, and in 2015 she began training in Girevoy Kettlebell Sport. Amy has earned 2 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal at the Canadian Nationals for her sport and currently holds a Women's Two Arm Biathalon National record.
Amy is the mother of two very active young boys.
