AMY SCHMALTZ

Amy was at Temple Fitness for 6 years, first as a client in group classes and then grew into a coach herself. She had national level gymnastics experience, and in 2015 she began training in Girevoy Kettlebell Sport. Amy earned 2 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal at the Canadian Nationals for her sport and currently holds a Women's Two Arm Biathalon National record. In March of 2021, Amy suddenly and unexpectantly passed away. She will always have a place in our hearts and the hearts of the lives she impacted here at Temple Fitness
