Our facility boasts over 11,000 sq ft of usable training space, including over 2,900 sq ft of turf. We currently have 14 squat stations, 8 kickboxing locations, specialty bars, and various pieces of cardio equipment.

Come down to Temple Fitness and we will give you a tour of our facility and answer any questions you may have.

14 Squat Stations

Never again do you have to work in with someone
if you need a squat rack. Our facility features 8
full squat racks along with a Rig equipped with an
additional 6 stations for getting your major compound lifts in.

Multiple Cardio Options

Cardiovascular training doesn't need to be boring. Our assortment of options from Concept 2 and Assault fitness will keep your training fresh and challenging.

Spaced Out Stations 

The importance of training in our own space is at
an all-time high right now. Workout with plenty of room at one of our 3 dumbbell racks, equipped with dumbbells up to 140lbs.

Specialty Equipment

Explore different ways to train. We are equipped with multiple specialty bars/equipment including Fairview Kickboxing bags, Sleds, Tires, and more.
