Group Fitness: An Evolution over time
At Temple Fitness, we pride ourselves on having group classes that can challenge everyone from a beginner to a seasoned athlete.
Using the SMART FIT principles, we can focus on helping every client achieve their goals in a friendly, supportive but competitive environment, while assuring that form is always first.
Our classes consist of 3 days a week of Full Body Strength and Mobility, one day of Cardio Condition and one day a week of Cardio Kickboxing.
Our number 1 priority is to have you moving and feeling better then when you walked in that day!
